Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where they arrive damaged or defective.
Exceptions:
While we aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, there are certain exceptions to our refund policy:
- Personalized Poems: Personalized poems are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with the content or quality of the personalized poem, we are happy to revise it for you. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the personalized poem to request a revision.

Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
